The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem

The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, the pillows were plumpcious ( very hard to find in my experience), en suite was clean and shower was a good size. Wonderful experience all round, from the floor fan being on when we arrived to the personal note to enjoy our stay. I love Brighton and will now always check for a room here before anywhere else for any future visits.
