Golf course 25 km, tennis 7 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, children's playground 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Vogorno. Hiking paths: Valle Verzasca. Wonderful hiking paths and children's playground nearby.
3-room house 30 m2 on 3 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: ceiling height 90 - 210 cm, on 3 levels Low door height 146 cm with cable TV, flat screen and radio. Small kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the patio. Electric heating. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) entrance hall.
