The apartment was not clean. It looked like the apartment just has been renovated. There were still drops of paints on the walls and floors. The floors in the bathrooms and kitchen had a lot of stains and the toilets subs were dirty. The lounges are dirty and the sits at the dining table are dirty and full of stains. There is little amenities. The non stick fry pan has the non stick laminate peeled off some places and not a good pan to be used for frying. No rack for drying up disks and utensils. Very disappointed. The only high light of this apartment is very central, within a walk to everything in CBD district and just about 200m from the Brisbane central station.
Fantastic location and easily walkable to Queen St Mall, supermarket, restaurants and even over to Southbank.
Pool was great, and loved the sauna!
We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Clean, 2 bathroom, laundry, well equipped kitchen, and had everything that we needed.
Both bedrooms and the loungeroom had sliding doors leading out to the balcony and it was lovely to look at city lights or up towards the hills.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Will very happily stay here again!

We stayed four nights during the week. Check-in was quick, organised and very friendly staff. The room was extremely clean and tidy. There was more than enough room in the whole apartment. Large kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of hanging space in wardrobe. Most convenient to have a full laundry with washer and dryer. Large balcony. The only issue was out of the two elevators only one was in operation our whole stay. Which at times made the wait for the elevator a bit frustrating.
The air conditioning worked well as it was quite humid this time of year.
Easy walking distance to the city. Although the climb back from the city up the hill could be difficult if you had issues with mobility. There was a fair bit of traffic noise but you get that staying in most city accommodation.
There are a few cafes close by. Also a chemist.

Cups, plates and other kitchen stuff were dirty. Only one lift is working for 23 floors. They clean each room only once a week. Furniture is old and shabby. View from the room - cell towers from each corner and office window are too close ( there is no privacy). Toilet ( one of them ) hardly worked. You will get towels for one week. Same about cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar. Don’t recommend.
Carpets on 2304 are stinky and lot of water leakages within the property. Entire lift common areas are very foul odour. Pool and spa are very filty and not managed at all. Only 1 lift operational for the whole property with 24 floors.
Was a large, clean and spacious apartment.
Front desk was NOT manned as per hours displayed.
Second lift was not working so at times we waited 10minutes for lift to come and on one occasion lift was too full to fit us in. Hopefully they can get parts to fix lift soon.

I have to wait for more than 1.5 hours to check in even I called in advance.
Good location, super friendly staff who bumped us up into a two bedroom apartment instead of the one we paid for. Super clean, very spacious with a large balcony, two beds, two tvs, two bathrooms.
The only two faults which are minor were the shower pressure and the king bed splits apart easily when you're next to your partner in bed.
Everything is great, except tv needs upgrading to smart tv

Close to central station and cbd dining and shopping. Property is clean with comfort bed. We were upgraded from 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, which has two bathrooms as well and is very spacious.
Great layout , not well appointed. No coffee plunger in apartment. Clean and tidy. Easy friendly check in but found it a bit annoying that when trying to request an extra day add on, for a Thursday I was quoted 999. That was beyond belief .
But it’s not a bad place,
The intense smoking just outside the front door is annoying to have to walk through every time .
Overall I won’t be staying in that particular property but other locations, maybe.
