This large, comfortable home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's a great space if you're travelling for work or on holiday and need a place that's calm and relaxing.

Your space is set in a private part of the house and comprises two rooms: a bedroom with a queen size bed, a sitting room with a desk if you need to work, and a private bathroom.

The kitchen, dining, verandah and laundry are all shared spaces.

Located conveniently between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, approximately 5 mins from the Shops and bus stop 5 minutes down the road.

The best feature of our space is that you have two very comfortable areas (bedroom plus sitting room) to yourself, plus a private bathroom and separate toilet, all within yourself n
own private entry from the hallway - see drawing under photos.

Apart from your use of all the facilities, there also is a large veranda with trees all round and a view that goes for miles.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not book if you are SMOKING or VAPING.
This is a strictly non-smoking/vaping property. That includes inside and outside the house, the veranda and the total areas of the back and front lawns and the sides of the house, including the total area of the front of the house right to the curb.
