I found the bathroom tired and the public areas underwhelming, staff were good but at time hard to hear. The staff obtained a room for me as I had arrived at about 9:00 am rather than 2:00 pm which was appreciated.

Excellent location. A 2 minute walk to Queen Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cold aircon which I love. Cannot complain for the price.

Stayed for a couple of nights before trip back to UK. Checking in and out quick and easy. Pool great chair cushion covers could do with a wash. Allowed to use pool facilities after checking out was very useful. Good location for walkung around and near to airport.

Had an issue with aircon making a noise, asked to get it sorted ou the next morning, no response, no update, not sure if they looked at it. When I asked in the evening, got a “not sure” from reception and told to check it and come back……but was still an issue on the second night!
