The Opera Apartments is situated in a convenient location, walkable to train station, river and city centre. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything one could need for a city stay. The pool area is amazing! Fantastic views over the city and beyond. Room was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom needs some attention as shower head was rather loose and causes minor floods to the bathroom floor every shower. There was an odd smell/odour in our floor lift lobby area which was a shame, but otherwise happy with our accomodation in general. Staff were lovely.

Staff were very helpful. Unit was a good size , but too much furniture in the living area. Balcony was large. Towels supplied had some yellow stains on them. And a little bit dusty in places. Used only the fridge. Washer was also mouldy - but this was quickly rectified by management the following day.

The apartment was spacious with everything needed for a few nights stay such as laundry powder for washing clothes, soap for dishes, shampoo and such in the bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. It was easy walking distance to the train station, grocery, restaurants and strolling along the river in South Bank. I did not use the rooftop pool or BBQ area but had a look. It was also clean and there was plenty of space for a group of people. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment with excellent city views — I’d highly recommend staying on level 15 or above for the best outlook. The apartment itself was comfortable and well located. The pool area was good, though there was a noticeable smell which suggested it may need some maintenance. The main downside was the very low water pressure, which made showering difficult, and the air conditioning was hit and miss, it struggled to cool the apartment properly during 35° days. Overall, despite a few issues, we would definitely consider staying again.
