The property is old and had a lot of damage, dents in walls, mould in the bathrooms. All the plates in the apartment were dirty and the lounge area had vertical blinds where every second blind was missing so it provided no privacy or shade. Staff were lovely and parking was very easy but would not stay again.

Absolute waste of money!
The cleanliness was disgusting! The cooking utensils were burnt & cutlery was not the cleanness either. But the toilet was disgusting and had not been cleaned in a long time, with stains and algae growing around the bowl.
Room was terrible, no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Only in thw main room.
Door handles were loose and the toulets were leaking. There was vlood on the curtains and hair in thw bed. Would i stay here again? Absolutely not
Room wasn't great, doors broken front and security. Rooms dirty. Check in was made to do 3 seperate transactions which all 3 incurred 3 surcharges, tried to question this and asked to pay as 1 payment was told I couldn't.
Good location and apartment was a good size. However, the apartment was in poor condition and nothing like the ‘executive rooms’ in the photos. The second bedroom doesn't have air conditioning. It wasn't cheap and wasn’t value for money.

It was ok. Close to where I needed to be. Not as clean as I would’ve liked but fine. Wi-fi was crap, so don’t expect to do any work.
The front door deadbolt lock and guard were broken so had no way of securely locking the room aside from the key, which if anyone else had one they could enter at their own leisure. The windows did not close properly with most of them missing a handle on one side. The sliding door to the balcony also had a faulty lock. The kitchen had no trays so you are unable to use the oven but you wouldn’t want to anyway as it was filthy and would be smoking after turning it on from the build up of food inside. One bedroom had an air conditioner which was great but the other only had a ceiling fan that did not work well. Some of the lights in the kitchen dining did not work, and though there are fans in the bathrooms, neither of them actually worked. Some of the switches on the power points were broken which could be hazardous.
The staff down in reception were lovely, such a shame the room left a lot to be desired.
The cleanliness of this property was absolutely disgusting. Luckily we needed to stay one night or we’d have left. The toilets and bathrooms and kitchen were filthy and felt so unhealthy to be in. It smelt so bad too.

Walking distance to CBD, good value
Reasonable 2 bed apartment, within waking distance of the CBD. Parking was provided inside the building. Instructions for entry, codes etc were sent by SMS. Apartment was on the older side but still quite comfortable. Good value for money.
Property was a disappointment for four mums who wanted to enjoy a night away and off.
Room was dirty, upon entry we where greeted by a terrible smell like smoke that filled the whole room.
Disappointment of no parking even though it it was listed as parking available.
Facilities at hotel were not in order, no pool.
Overall the stay was not worth the value of money paid. We will not be returning to Flynn.
The unit itself was looking old and lacking maintenance. Fixtures falling off, broken furniture, not enough cutlery or coffee cups. It was terrible will never stay again.
Received a call the day before arriving to confirm booking. Reception was blunt and hung up before I could say goodbye. Walls had damage, holes from the door handles. Patches from previously being fixed, black marks and finger marks on the walls. Missing light fixtures and shower fixtures. Coat hangers and spare tiles left outside on the balcony. Carpet was clean but the damage makes the property less appealing. Neighbour was up all night playing board games on their balcony, right next to the main bedroom window. Property needs repairing and updating. Ok if you are on a strict budget.

I was given instructions to use the after hours check in even though reception was open and we were checking in at 2pm. That wouldn’t have been an issue but the directions they gave me did not mention which entry of the property to find the locked box and at the time I did not realise there were 2 entries; this led to a phone conversation where once again the communication was not clear and either the receptionist was unable to understand English overly well or did not know that there was the back entrance near the car park entry, which ever it was I ended up have to ask the maintainer people who happened to walk by if there was another enterance.
Once we were in the unit it was a nice size and it was clean but there were no batteries that worked in any of the remotes so we were unable to turn on the aircon or tv. The pool was also inaccessible which I was unaware and this was disappointing as I had chosen the complex so the kids could go swimming.
Very convenient to places near the reason we were staying.
Previous occupants towel hanging behind ensuite door, also an ointment tube just under bed.

We had a great stay, but the room wasn't very clean. The tables weren't wiped down very well, the bacony was covered in dust and cob webs. There was also some crusty active wear left in the draws from the last visitor. The cleaners really need to step up there game.
The main bathroom toilet behind the seat was not clean and in the other bathroom there was soap scum from old soap which hadn’t been cleaned and a towel behind the door from who ever had been there before us. The floor would have been softer than the beds. I know we didn’t pay much but you expected it to be clean and to be able to sleep with an ok mattress. The area it was in was great. Close to where we were going.
