This hotel is quite lovely in pretty much every way. The lift has been tastefully modified yet keeps its look to go with the history. Absolutely loved to be able to sit out in the open air whether it be for a coffee or single malt scotch.

From the minute we arrived and were greeted by Jericho at reception we were entralled. A generous and kind room upgrade and all the little important details made this overnight stay feel like a week long vacation. We will be back to hopefully stay for longer next visit.

Aesthetically pleasing hotel but let down by poor cleaning. Dressing gown was dirty, drains were smelly, very few tv channels worked and there was no shower curtain so the bathroom repeatedly flooded.
