The cottage offers some charming original features with contemporary decor and accommodates 5 people comfortably. Broadstairs is brimming with old fashioned charm and you will find no less than seven lovely sandy bays to explore, including the main beach Viking Bay with its pretty harbour, jetty, beach huts and a boardwalk across the sands. The house is right in the heart of town with all the shops and good restaurants you could wish for just an easy stroll away. The station is very close by, so why not hop on a train to Canterbury, only 25 minutes, to visit the famous cathedral and wander round the medieval streets with great artisan shops and cafes. Shop: 130 yards Pub: 100 yards Coast: 0.5 miles

Kitchen with a tiled floor and window onto the utility room. It offers an oven with a four ring electric hob and a dishwasher.

Utility Room with a tiled floor, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave and the back door to the garden

Bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over and a fixed shower screen, hand basin with a mirror

Bedroom 1 has pine floorboards and a washbasin with mirror above and overlooks the front. There is a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a tall chest of drawers and a hanging rail

Bedroom 3 has stripped floorboards, a single bed and a hanging rail


Garden: Fully enclosed with a patio area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue, a gravelled area with a garden shed for bike storage and rear access gate

Parking: There is a designated off-road parking space to the side of the property suitable for a small car and free parking on-street

Notes: There is a highchair for guests to use. Please bring your own beach towels. The property will accept 2 well behaved dogs.
