Welcome to our spacious English character home in the heart of Broadstairs! Full of original features and timeless appeal, it’s the perfect base to explore this seaside town known for its sandy beaches, retro vibe, seafood spots, and inviting coffee shops. With 5 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our home is ideal for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy everything Broadstairs has to offer. A comfortable, welcoming stay awaits you!

Our elegant Victorian villa is spread across four floors, blending period character with modern comfort. Throughout the home you’ll find original details such as ceiling roses and decorative fireplaces (not in use), adding to its unique charm. Off the welcoming entrance hall, you’ll find a bright lounge for relaxing, a separate dining room that opens into a cozy garden room, and a well-equipped family kitchen—perfect for gathering together.

Upstairs, the house offers five spacious bedrooms: three doubles, one king-size, and one with bunk beds, making it ideal for families and groups. There are two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and another with a shower over the bath—providing plenty of convenience.

The garden is a private courtyard, offering a touch of greenery and a peaceful spot to enjoy some fresh air. Although the home has generous sleeping space, we’ve thoughtfully limited occupancy to 8 guests across the 5 bedrooms, ensuring everyone can relax and make the most of the comfortable social areas downstairs.

Located in the heart of Broadstairs, you’ll be just moments from sandy beaches, seafood restaurants, boutique shops, and inviting cafés. With its retro seaside charm and welcoming community, Broadstairs is the perfect place to unwind, explore, and create lasting memories.

The whole property is available for private use. There are two locked rooms in the property that are not available for guest access.

We allow a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs, please don`t leave the dogs unattended and please keep them off furniture. In the winter the local beaches allow dogs, during summer season they are banned on the main beach (Viking Bay) but other nearby beaches have less restrictions.

All fireplaces at the property are decorative only and not for guest use.

A travel cot is provided. Due to cot death guidance we do not provide a foam mattress, cot sheets or baby sleeping bags/duvets. Please bring your own baby bedding.
