Sleeping Arrangements:
-Bedroom 1: King bed (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2: King bed (sleeps 2)
-Loft: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
-Living Room: Sofa Bed (sleeps 2)

Loft:
-The third bedroom is a loft. One side of the loft is open to the living room so there is limited privacy. See pictures for details.
-Please note that some areas of the loft have a low ceiling that may be hard for some people to navigate. See pictures for details.

Dining Area:
-The dining table will fit six people comfortably.
-In addition to the dining table there is bar seating for two.

Location:
-The cabin is located on a hill and has a steep driveway. Four wheel drive or all wheel drive are recommended in order to safely navigate the driveway. Water, ice, snow and leaves can make the driveway slippery. Please book only if you are comfortable navigating the driveway.
-Due to the location on a hill, there is also some steep, uneven and unpaved terrain that must be navigated to get to some parts of the property including the fire pit.

-Starter kit of three rolls of toilet paper and two rolls of paper towels
-All bath and bed linens including beach towels for the hot tub
-Electric fireplace in the living room. Please note that the fireplace is set up with a simulated electric log set that provides heat and ambiance. Do not attempt to burn wood or any other material in the fireplace.
-Fire pit with eight chairs (BYO wood, lighters, etc.)
-Charcoal grill (BYO charcoal, lighters, etc.)
-Table and six chairs on the deck by hot tub
-Seating for eight on wrap-around porch

-Please note that the filtered water tap shown in the kitchen photos has been removed. This unit was breaking down and causing issues for our guests, so we removed it to provide for a smoother guest experience. The tap water in the area is safe to drink.
