Welcome to AP’s Landing. This beautiful, brand new ultra-luxury modern farmhouse themed cabin, located in the heart of Broken Bow/Hochatown, is situated in the highly sought after subdivision of Timber Creek Trails South. With 4 bedrooms, 4 and ½ bathrooms and the ability to sleep 15 people, this 4275 square foot, one story, exquisitely designed vacation home has plenty of space and amenities to keep you and your guests comfortable and entertained during your entire vacation.
Driving up to AP’s Landing, you and your guests will be greeted by a gorgeous, dark blue, custom vacation oasis nestled within a property surrounded by tall pine and hardwood trees. The beautifully landscaped property, located within the majestic Ouachita Mountain range, has over an acre of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy what makes this area a top 3 vacation destination in the country.
When you enter AP’s Landing through a beautiful set of French doors, you are welcomed into an open, light and bright living space decorated to the highest standards. With white walls and soaring ceilings, the living room invites it’s guests to take a moment to sit, relax, and unwind. With it’s high end sectional sofa and upholstered chairs, AP’s Landing has plenty of seating for all to enjoy the gas-log fireplace enclosed in a custom, two-toned, floor to ceiling hearth that makes a stunning statement as to the quality and attention to detail the entire cabin possesses. The smart, flat screen television located over the fireplace is perfect to gather around and watch your favorite streaming shows or the movie you have been wanted to see but were too busy to catch. This space is also ideal for playing games or just lounging around as a group and catching up with your friends and family. Plenty of windows let in large amounts of natural light to further brighten up the space and provide stunning views of the outdoors.
The kitchen continues the impress with it’s gorgeous blue and white cabinetry and full complement of modern, sleek, stainless-steel appliances. What is unique about this kitchen is its oversized T-shaped island (a feature highly unusual for a vacation getaway), quartz countertops and seating for six. The chefs in the group can prepare a meal while still being part of the conversation. The island seating is perfect for quick snacks and can double as a large prep area for big meals, especially during the holidays. An adjacent dining area next to the kitchen adds additional seating for folks to gather and enjoy whatever is being lovingly prepared.
Directly off the living space inside AP’s Landing is a large, separate game room devoted to entertaining your guests. A pool table, 2 video arcades, foosball, and shuffleboard table will provide everyone in your party hours of fun and friendly competition throughout your stay. A second seating area separate from the living space, complete with a leather sofa, two club chairs and a smart TV, gives you and your guests another spot to comfortably gather, enjoy good conversation, and watch their favorite television programing.
Within AP’s Landing are 4 separate bedrooms for you and your guests to choose from. The master bedroom is decked out with beautiful solid wood furniture, white walls, large windows, and a comfy king-sized trundle bed covered in luxurious linens. Perfect for a family with small children. The bathroom boasts double sinks, a walk-in shower, and clean, white tile throughout to create a soothing, spa-like atmosphere. There are two other bedrooms available, both with King-size beds, superb furnishings, luxury linens, and the same attention to detail as the master. Each additional bedroom comes with its own ensuite, again with exquisite tile work and spa-like atmosphere. A fun addition to AP’s Landing is its large Bunkroom. Perfect for kids and teens, this space provides them with their own private sanctuary, giving them a sense of freedom while still being in close proximity to family and friends. With 5 twin bunks and 1 queen bunk, up to 7 persons can sleep comfortably while enjoying the feeling of being away at camp. A full bath with double-sinks and walk-in shower is adjacent to the bunkroom so no sharing with the other bedrooms is necessary. Smart TVs are provided in each room as well.
Outdoors at AP’s Landing, you and your guests can spread out and enjoy the natural scenery and all the amenities this stunning property has to offer.
