Water’s Edge is a cozy three-bedroom retreat set just steps from a peaceful pond, perfect for those who love being close to nature. With a wraparound deck, covered hot tub, and outdoor firepit, it offers plenty of ways to relax and enjoy the outdoors. As one of eight cabins on the property, guests also enjoy access to shared amenities across the retreat, including four stocked catch-and-release fishing ponds, scenic hiking and biking trails, a nine-hole frisbee golf course, and a horseshoe pit.

Inside, you’ll find warm wood interiors, an open living area with an electric fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it a welcoming escape for families or small groups. The upstairs master includes a sleeper sofa for added flexibility, and the living room offers another, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. Outdoors, evenings are best spent around the firepit, while mornings can begin with coffee on the deck or fishing in one of the stocked ponds.

If you’re traveling with a larger group, the Community Center is a great option for coming together. It’s outfitted with a full kitchen, washers and dryers, a 48" HD TV with DirecTV, and plenty of tables and chairs to seat up to 40 guests. Perfect for reunions, retreats, or celebrations, it’s a quiet place to gather, share meals, and make memories. Please note it’s a day-use space only and not available for overnight stays.

Broken Bow, OK, adds even more to the experience with adventures at Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake, where you can hike, kayak, and explore the scenic beauty of the region. Hochatown offers a mix of local dining, shopping, and attractions, creating the perfect balance of outdoor adventure and small-town charm. Whether you’re planning a quiet weekend or a family getaway, Water’s Edge has it all.

The Community Center is perfect for reunions, retreats, and group celebrations, with seating for up to 40 guests, a full kitchen, laundry, and a large TV. Available for day use from 10 AM–10 PM at $350 per day—please mention when booking if you’d like to reserve it for your stay.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $150 is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ EV CHARGER INFO ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON OUR LOCAL NEIGHBORS ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or "woodland friend" may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
