New 3 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor at "Parc-sur-Rivière" Bromont.

Although it's not situated on the mountain, it can still be considered a "Ski In / Ski Out" due to our daily shuttle service included directly in front of the condo (ski season only).

Unbeatable location in the heart of Bromont! Just 300M to Metro Grocery store, SAQ, CIBC, Dollorama & Brunet Pharmacy.

Only 1km from Golf Chateau Bromont & 2 km from Montagne D'Experience Bromont (skiing, waterslides, mountain biking etc...).

The space:
The condo offers a master bedroom with a king bed & wall mounted tv.

2nd bedroom with queen bed both facing "Montagne D'experience Bromont".

3rd bedroom has a triple bunk bed with queen at the bottom, full in the middle and twin at the top (middle + upper beds are for small children under 130lbs max).

Equipped with a gas range, fridge/ freezer including water /ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer.

Guest access:
The condo has 1 designated outdoor parking included but there is access to several guest parking spaces as well.

A locker unit is included to store bikes, skis, golf equipment etc...

Specific parking spaces must be respected at all times.

Other things to note:
A printed document will be left at the condo with some clarifications of how to use certain items or what you should know in general during your stay.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of Chocolate Museum. Features include laundry facilities. The condo offers a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms.

Un endroit exceptionnel

Toutes nos attentes furent comblées. Le confort du condo avec vue sur la montagne, un cabanon extérieur pour ranger les equipemts sportifs, une navette disponible 7 jours sur 7 qui nous amène en quelques minutes sur la montagne ski Bromont, la proximité des services, du vieux village typique, plusieurs pistes cyclables,randonnées pedestreset autres sports, sans oublier l accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de nos hôtes Anita et Mark.Sautres sports
