Average service. Room did not get cleaned as the staff passed by at 9am while everyone was still sleeping and they never cane back despite us calling reception requesting it. Also, room thermostat wasn’t working and room was cold at night. No nice areas to lounge at the hotel with the family. Only a few chairs which were always taken

Nice hotel, but the room was too close to the elevators and the soundproofing was not good. Could hear people talking at the waited for the elevator - which often took a long time to arrive (stairs were better option).

Conveniently located. Beautiful views of Bromont. Great, friendly staff. The shuttle was well run. My daughter loved the pool and we enjoyed the terrace hot tub!

The nice out door hot pool wasnt apart of the stay like advertised in there photos you have to pay extra at the spa. The free hotel hot tubs were missing jets and the lights weren’t working.The food also was sub par great frys thats it dont get the fish and chips.
