There is about 5 acres of natural woodland to explore or sit in the sun outside the summerhouse and just enjoy the view over the lake. Good cycle routes and walks are located right on the doorstep and the local pub is just a stroll away at the end of the lane. The property is only 16 miles away from Beverley, which is famous for its Minster and racecourse, as well as many boutique shops, great restaurants and pubs. York, 27 miles away, offers a great day out exploring the shops on its cobbled streets, as well as discovering the cathedral and castle. Hull and its range of shops, marina and The Deep sub sea aquarium is 20 miles drive away. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
Bedroom 5 & 6 and the ensuite have lower than average windows. The stairs are bespoke to the property and wider than usual, a stairgate cannot be fitted to them.
