We had difficulty finding the chalet as we were given only coordinates. I recommend that you share the actual street address number in the future to help guests locate the correct chalet.

Nous avons plus tôt et avoir accès à 14hr. À notre arrivé le code pour la porte ne fonctionne pas. la dame au centre d’aide ne semble pas savoir quoi faire, elle dit qu’elle me rappel, j’attend … je suis pris dehors … je finie par la rappeler, la elle me dit de prendre la clé physique dans la boite a code, elle me donne le code , la boîte est vide ! pas de clé!!! Elle me dit encore qu’elle me rappel, nous sommes toujours dehors finalement près d’une heure plus tard on entre enfin! mais nous n'avions pas le code du système d’alarme donc il part !!!! quand finalement l'entré est réglé, on se rend compte que le BBQ avec lequel on avais prévus faire à souper et qui devais être inclus est manquant, ainsi que tout les meuble extérieur. Nous devions avoir un foyer extérieur, on m’avais confirmer que nous pouvions utiliser en emmenant notre bois, mais il n'était pas la !! Le reste du séjour c’est bien déroulé, c’était propre et confortable mais nous sommes très déçus de pas avoir pu profiter comme prévus de l'extérieur.

Un peu déçue

Un peu déçu, à notre arrivée c’était froid, et le bas très difficile à chauffer. Foyer au propane difficile à partir, et situé au dessus de la table à dîner. Pièce très petite et pas beaucoup de rangement donc pas conseillé pour un séjour prolongé
