The stay was great. The only downside was the room was really cold. Tried turning up the air con, that didn’t work. Eventually found the radiator adjustment. Which sorted the issue.

If you’re looking for a next level stay in Bruges this is the spot… I upgraded to one of the mansion rooms and it was absolutely well worth it so much space beautiful amenities within the room, the bathroom the king size bed. Even the drinks in the room with excellent value you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off at €3 - all of the staff are amazing, treat yourself to breakfast. It is incredible and if you have time sit by the fire and get a cocktail and relax. Central, you can walk around Bruges so easily - I stayed here for six days and next time I come to bruges, I’ll be staying here again… thank you to all the staff who made my stay absolutely wonderful

The picture of the room on Expedia didn’t match the suite. Furthermore the room was very hot even though we turned on the AC. There was a rooftop balcony linked to the room that had artificial grass as floor which is not hygienic nor handy considering it rains so much in Brugge. Therefore I wasn’t able to enjoy this area neither.

This hotel was the best part of our trip! The room was so big with lots of space for us to be comfortable. The bed was so comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows! We booked a baby bed in advance, and it was in great condition, clean and came with bedding which our toddler loved. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the space outside and in the lobby to hangout and eat and have a drink. The water and snacks in the lobby were a nice treat.
