Room was disgusting, roach infested, mold, dirty refrigerator, no plug in worked, no light in kitchen area, bed linens stained, no towels or wash clothes. Front desk was rude and very unhelpful. No stay over service offered. Had to ask for clean bed linens

For the price you can’t beat it. Friendly staff and when things are broken or not working they fix it. Just wish the ice machine and more of the washer and dryers were working

We did not check in. Several guests were in the lobby. One had mental health.issues and apparently was staying there long term. Another guy appeared homeless and was arguing with the clerk. Another homeless looking guy was carrying a bicycle up the stairs. We did not feel safe and booked a room in a different hotel. I think you should evaluate.this hotel rating.

Alleged "short staffing" caused considerable wait to check-in. Housekeeper forgot shampoo/soap so I called multiple times throughout weekend & was assured housekeeping would bring. Was super sick w/flu, couldn't drive (to purchase); couldn't bathe. Garbage piled up in hallways/overflowing trashcans. Blood stained/cigarette burned sheets. No blankets. Heat/AC unit not working properly. Lights not working. Broken curtain rod. Walls paper thin/was disturbed w/LOUD neighbors 24-7. Bath door didn't close. Last but not least given filthy towel; showed front desk @check-out & man stated he was eating "get it away from me". When I commented on unprofessionalism eating on the job (isn't this what breaks are for) he started yelling "what?! I can't eat?" Shawanda was very courteous on fone when I called to confirm my booking as was Tameka who checked me in. Sadly, NOT worth the discount rate. Gross conditions all around.

It could be improved!!!!

Room was very dark. It turned out that it was missing 2 light bulbs in a lamp and 1 in the restroom. After asking the receptionist for the light bulbs, they came to deliver them and we realized the lamp was missing the outlet prongs; therefore, it didn’t work. The room was decent and comfortable but the location is not the best. I also didn’t like the fact that many people are hanging out outside their rooms in chairs, smoking, drinking or just being loud. This hotel has potential to be better but management needs to step up their efforts. I departed very early in the morning and the office was closed, I was not able to return my key because they didn’t have a drop off box either.
