The staff was very friendly when we arrived. I did request a non adjoining room as the room we were connected to was very loud. They were unwilling to accommodate the request. We ended up having to call the office at midnight as the room next to us was still very loud. The front desk tried to help. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Exterior is clean and well maintained. Lobby area is clean Room was clean but had a little mold around the bottom of the shower sliding door but was clean with cleaning agents that we travel with since COVID. Employee check us in seems a little weird but I believe it's because he has a foreign accent and not quite used to American culture but with time he'll be fine

Not bad, just a couple of areas for improvement

The property is in a good location, staff are very nice, building and rooms are nice. My only two complaints are that weekend breakfasts are limited to packaged items because the kitchen is closed and the showers are just barely warm. I've complained both times (nicely) but the response has been that the maintenance person is not on duty for the weekend. I was offered a discount for the issues but said that I'd rather the areas be improved. It's still a great room and hotel.
