The Space:

We welcome pets! This comfy cottage is located in a quiet community, offering privacy and a fully fenced yard. It’s a short 25-minute drive to our beautiful islands, and is centrally located in Brunswick, close to shopping and restaurants, and is a short commute for those at FLETC and the hospital.



The master has an ensuite bathroom and a king bed. The guest rooms include one Queen bed and a Trundle bed that will sleep 2 people. Each bathroom contains a shower/tub combo.



There is a 1-car garage and a firepit in the backyard.



There are smart TVs located throughout the home for streaming your favorite shows. There is also high speed wireless internet.



Note:



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $190 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

Nice little house & convenient location

the house was very well stocked in the kitchen and laundry room and had everything we needed for our trip to Brunswick. I brought my small dog with me and he enjoyed running around in the big back yard. The garage is on the smaller side, but my Toyota rav4 fit without any issues. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a little finicky since they are remote controlled, but we eventually figured them out. The house does has some wear and there are some obvious signs of DIY projects, but there weren’t any major issues. We would stay here again.

Everything was great!

Could not be more pleased with the house, communication, and service. The next door neighbor was friendly and kind, fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs, and the house was well stocked and comfy!

Love Brunswick

We so enjoyed our time at The Costal Bungalow. The home is in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood and is close to shopping, restaurants and interesting things to do. Being able to bring our small dog was a plus. Aundrea and Kelly, the property manager, were quick to respond to the few inquiries we had. Will definitely be back. Thanks for getting us out of frosty NNY for 10 weeks!

It was great until it wasn’t

The location in the property was wonderful the house was a little smaller than what I thought the backyard wasn’t all that great for my grandkids but it was a cute house there was an issue with The washing machine on one of the days of our stay it was not hooked up and it leaked water everywhere wedding all of our clothes in the closet the property manager was very good at the response sending and bringing more towels in very accommodating and apologetic it was very nice. We were not able to use the washing machine during our stay which was inconvenient but they did offer to do our laundry which was very nice. We received a refund for just one night and we made arrangements to go to another property because that property was not available they had to make repairs because the washing machine was never hooked up to the waterline. Also the lights in the bedrooms were flickering on and off I don’t understand that either I just think they acquired the property recently. But it was a great location and the property manager like I said it was very nice and her response and we did receive credit for one night .
