Reasonably located to enjoy our Jekyll Island activities.

We had a few small issues but were able to get ahold of the owners quickly to get it all resolved. They live downstairs. We only stayed 2 nights, and knowing that, we didn't do a great job or reviewing this property. There is no stove/oven and no TV, (but that was fine, we used our laptop). There are not a lot of VRBO's to choose from in this area.The heater worked fine....it was cold outside while we were here, but toasty warm in the appt. It's a secluded area, and very quiet, which we appreciated. Very quiet stay!There is a long steep stairway to get into this appt. NOT an issue for us, but it could be for some older or handicapped people.

This place *could* be great.

The location of the apartment on the river is nice and there is a lot of space. I liked the massage chair!. The bed was comfortable. The cleaners need to know that they need to clean the baseboards. A deep cleaning would be a good thing to do for this place. The shower head needs to be replaced. It is in very bad shape.

Vacation stopover

Kitchen was very functional. The space was relaxing. Due to the location, there was some noise from the interstate. The location was convenient to golden isle beaches.

Comfortable, enjoyable night

The apartment met our needs for our one night stay along our driving route. Although there is a lot of noise from being close to highway 95 and the fan in the living room, it was very quiet and peaceful in the bedroom with the door closed. We did a walk along the water, a few geocaches and had a nice dinner at Gnat's Landing in St. Simons Island.

Perfect stop over

Golden Isles is a perfect stop over on the way to visit grandkids in Florida. Brunswick has nice restaurants and is not far from Jekyll Island if you love the ocean. Quiet place even though close to 95. Mary and Frank are welcoming hosts.

Blessing as always!

As Always we loved our trip! The dolphins were very active and you can watch them play and have fun. Property owners are always so helpful and we love chatting woth them . We will be back again soon!

A nice quiet spot.

It was a very nice stay. I was only in town for two days, but this is a great alternative to the hotel on Jekyll Island if you're attending a conference. It's close and you can avoid the high rates. Clean a very comfortable.
