Ideal apartment for travelers or families in the heart of Brusimpiano. Access through a courtyard decorated with vintage objects and the nearby shores of Lake Lugano will make your stay truly enchanting. Situated in a strategic location, it offers peace and quiet just steps from the lake while remaining well connected to Lugano and Varese (both about 30 minutes by car). An ideal spot to enjoy nature as well as to reach interesting places in nearby Ticino. Various excursions are available on Lake Lugano.



Arrival and Check in Check in is conducted in person. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and shown the apartment. A valid ID is required for guest registration. Access to the Property After unloading your luggage at the main entrance, cars can be parked in free public parking areas about 2 minutes from the residence. Please be careful on the narrow streets of the historic center when accessing the property.

At our apartment, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for sorting waste for recycling. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please also sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in outdoor areas.

Milan: approximately 1 hour by car. Free public parking is available about 2 minutes from the property. Practical Tips The streets in the historic center are narrow; drive carefully. The main entrance allows for convenient luggage unloading. For day trips, a car is the most convenient way to explore the area and surroundings.

This charming 80 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for 6 people, with a private entrance. The entrance opens onto a beautiful courtyard featuring a large table and unique decorations, a perfect space to meet other guests or simply enjoy a relaxing moment outdoors. The courtyard also provides access to three other apartments; if other guests are present, you may see them coming and going or share the table with them, but inside your apartment you will have complete privacy and all necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The apartment includes a wooden kitchen with exposed beams, fully equipped for preparing meals and enjoying them with family or friends. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed, provided with linens, blankets, and pillows. Upstairs, there is a room with a double bed and a bunk bed, also supplied with linens, blankets, and pillows, along with wardrobes and furniture for storing clothes and luggage. The bathroom is fully equipped with all towels and necessary accessories for your stay.
