The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and transportation hubs. The staff were awesome and extremely friendly! The only issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of hot water on our first night there. Otherwise, this would have been a five star review.

The receptionist was fine. The room less so. It is on 2 levels with a steep staircase, not good on old knees. The room is definitely NOT as shown in the sample photo. However, when you get to it, the bathroom is well appointed. The location is good too

i would highly recommend this hotel. I wanted somewhere safe and central for myself and son. Alma Grand is two minutes from Grand Place. We had a wonderful welcome when we checked in, our room was spotlessly clean and we both had an amazing nights sleep. It’s also so quiet considering the location! (Room 303).

The room was good, but the water saving shower and the water saving tap on the sink gave very little water. The tap on the sink was difficult to get your hand under the water jet. The hot water in the shower varied greatly in temperature. You could have saved on the water in the toilet and had a better shower instead.

We stayed in rm 108 above entrance think they called it king suite, and the outside wall was windows that all open and it was amazing. Close to everything we enjoyed it so much we pushed our flight back two more days
