No, the breakfast was not always fresh. Today the scrambled eggs tasted horrible. I had a chair in my room that was so disgustingly stained that I asked for it to be removed. As a young man I have always chosen Holiday Inn Express because I knew there would be no surprises. This place was definitely not the case!!!

Ideal place to stay at a decent price. Clean and modern. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay and it was very good. Staff were very helpful. Receptionist was really nice in organising a taxi quickly when our transfer to the airport failed to arrive. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We especially liked the location, seeing as it was only a 10 to 12 minute walk to Grand Place, with lots of "good distractions" along the way, including: chocolates shops, waffle locations, clothing shops, cafes, restaurants, breweries, historical architectural sites, and souvenir stands.

Good location and good value

Very clean and spacious. All the staff are very helpul and polite Although a free breakfast so can't complain, it was limited and basic. Lacked amenities, very basic and simple. Great location just south of the city center short 10 min walk to the grand place Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere locally.

Amazing location for visiting Brussels. So close to tourist attractions and all the dining options. Very close so several stops and stations. The room was modern and spacious. Breakfast included was tasty and had a pretty decent variety. Affordable pricing as well in the area. The only thing to note is there is no house cleaning on Sundays if you need your room cleaned everyday.

The hotel was in a good location and very convenient to walk to the main area of Brussels. The only concern I had with the hotel was the strange smell in my rooms. It could be the humidity or the AC, but the smell bothered me throughout my 2 night stay. Though the staff tried their best to help me and resolve, unfortunately the smell was still there.

The hotel is very good to access the nicer parts of Brussels quickly. However the hotel is on a corner very close the apartments opposite which was the view that we had from our room. The area was very noisy although that is not the fault of the hotel. The room itself was ok, there were stains on the carpets of our room but the room was clean. The beds were awful. We had two single beds and both of us did not sleep well at all, very soft and when you turned over it felt like you would roll off the bed. We had booked for 4 nights but left after 3. The hotel staff dealt with us satisfactorily but we didn't really ask anything or raise our issues with them.
