Great location near the old town and good transport links. Wonderful staff, they were so helpful in planning out our day trips and always with a smile. Nice and clean hotel. I do recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Brussels.

The hotel is very close to a bunch of dining options. Parking is tight, but ok. Breakfast is great and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommended this hotel.

Pretty property and very good breakfast. excellent location near to metro and walking distance from old center. The room carpet was dirty (needs to be washed) and the AC would not allow the tempetature to go below 23 C so we were sweating to sleep (it was hard locked).

Location was central, easy walk to shops, restaurants and train station. Our rooms were a good size but think this was because we had a corner room, others looked smaller. Only complaint was water pressure was poor. Breakfast had limited choices but was okay.

We have stayed in HolidayInn Express elsewhere before, so everything was as expected. Its about 5-10 min off the main streets and Grand Place, so its convenient, but also in a quiet area. Rooms are clean, comfy and had all usual amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fully buffet and has nice selection. Overall, we had a great stay.

An excellent no-frills base for exploring the Christmas Markets throughout Brussels, staff were polite and attentive, the place was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and of a good standard.
