Comfy weekend stay

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast excellent. The pub on the corner was loud on Saturday evening with live music but stopped at 10.30pm. Good location for attractions and metro.

I have booked this hotel for 3 couple and 2 single ladies. For couple i have booked queen bed rooms and 1 twin bed room for 2 single ladies and i got confirmation from Expedia for the room category i choose. Upon arrival on 27 July, my client called me and informed me that there is no twin bed room available and hotel staff only offered queen room even if we booked and paid well in advance.

Très bien située, le déjeuner compris était rien de spécial mais un point positif pour nous permette d’économiser et d’avoir une routine. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Nice secure underground parking. Small room but very clean and conveniently located. You are able to walk to everything. Restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops.. etc.. Very nice and generous breakfast buffet. hotel breakfast buffet was open at 7am. Not many cafes or restaurants open on Sunday morning at 8am.

Excellent location with easy access to Brussels city centre and tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean, entrance hall pleasant with bar and seating area. The bedroom was spacious and had hot drink facilities, hair drier, ironing board. Benefit was the car parking with large spaces whilst a tight access from street. Breakfast was excellent - continental style. Definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay

Good place to stay. Convenient to the areas that tourists would want to see. The free breakfast started out day out great! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice.

I had the most amazing stay in this wonderfully located hotel. Everything is within walking distance and so easy. Staff was great as well. But especially Azziz from the (late night team) front desk who stood out amazingly with his distinct professionnalism. Anything you asked, he simply went above and beyond! This person should be in management level for his genuine and profound understanding of customer service and his great leadership in handling any matter. Thank you.
