Rooms are hot. Coming from a cooler climate we are not used to warm rooms. Please offer air conditioning all year round. Opening windows is great but invites a lot of noise (I.e sirens, partying and yelling)

Room was very well fitted out and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good WiFi. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location for transport links locally and to the rest of Europe especially by train. Not a brilliant neighborhood but never had any problems. I recommend staying here if you are OK with a 15-20 minute walk to the old city.

Needed a comfortable bed after a 15-hour travelling day due in part to a train breaking down. Warm bath and a great bed sorted me out. Short stay just to catch the first Eurostar the following morning. Friendly receptionists and a short walk to the train station.
