While the hotel itself is lovely, my experience was completely ruined by the check-in staff. The receptionist who served me was rude and condescending for no reason. I had completed the online check-in process beforehand, as instructed, and was told I could simply collect my room key upon arrival. However, the moment I approached the lady at reception and mentioned I was there to pick up my key, that somehow ignited this rude and condescending tone from her, it just went downhill from there. It's incredibly disappointing that such poor customer service overshadowed my stay. I’ll never consider staying here again.

Good base in central Brussels. Walkable to main tourist areas, bars and restaurants. Rooms pleasant although beds a bit firm, staff helpful, bar area relaxing.

Second time staying in this hotel, central location makes it easy to maneuver around. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel itself is very clean and modern. Staff are excellent and treat you like royalty throughout your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean, comfortable and a great location for our one night stay in two rooms on the 5th floor. Pet friendly and easy access to outside for potty breaks, great parking option underneath the building with plenty of spaces and access via the central elevator to our floor.

Pros 1) Location. Very near to the shopping area and the lots of food options. Near to Centraal station as well. 2) Upscale looking hotel. Looks really posh and nice. 3) Friendly and helpful staff. 4) Rooms were made up very quickly! 5) Food was pretty good quality. (We had room service on the first night and had breakfast on our last day) Cons 1) Shower glass isn't large enough to prevent water from reaching outside the non-shower area. 2) Central a/c system which doesnt allow us to control the airflow in my room. I often find myself feeling too warm/stuffy. 3) Insufficient staff during check-in. It was 3.30pm and only 1 staff at the check-in counter. I had already done my online check in but had to wait for the other 5-6 guests in front of my to be served first.
