The hotel location was great, hotel is comfortable and accessible. However, when checking in, the receptionist told us we need to wait a little since we got there earlier than expected. We waited long enough before realizing others weren’t waiting and had a room right away. When we asked “how much longer” it seemed that the receptionist forgot about my partner and I, then gave us a room right away. The only friendly staff I give credit are the bell boys, they were exceptional!!!
On our last day, before checking out, the experience wasn’t too pleasant. We knew breakfast wasn’t included and we were okay with paying for it since we needed a quick meal, 80€ later, we couldn’t eat anything due to the food being so cold and unattended. No water was provided to us or even water to grab anywhere. The same hostess that charged us for the meal came 5 minutes later to tell us they’re “closing soon”. She could at least have warned us before paying for ice eggs, cold bacon and terrible coffee.
I will only recommend this hotel for business purposes, since the staff seem to be more interested than having tourist guests. I don’t recommend any food from the hotel menu either.
