Room was mosquito infested. Spoke to the staff and they basically told me it’s too bad. Ended up leaving with over 50 mosquito bites. It was my second time staying at this hotel, the first time was excellent, but after this I’d have to seriously consider a third.

The location of the property is close to the train station, very convenient to go around where I wanted to visit. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, but one male staff at the food serving and bar area is not helpful or friendly, very obnoxious. I was very offended.

Unprepared hotel

I got to the hotel and the room was not prepared to accommodate my family. The beds were not made, we had to make the beds. We didn’t have pillows or blankets, the person in charge didn’t find any others blankets or pillows for us. We had a coffee maker with no coffee or cups… no glasses or anything to get water or ice.. I m not happy with the experience of the hotel.

I only stayed one night there - As the check in was at 3 PM, I have arrived 5 minutes earlier and was told I can not check in yet. In the meantime I was trying to get directions to the car park which the concierge team wasn’t as great to explain the steps and had to figure it out on my own basically. When returned at check in after 3 PM, I was told I will be on the 1st floor, then the concierge team was talking to each-other in French despite me being right there in front of them and they sent me to the 3 rd floor instead, to a room right next to the cleaning cupboard and no view at anything, but to a wall! Overall, my experience wasn’t great, and surely won’t return. If you don’t have any customer service expectations, nor do you care about the cleaning and the state of the room, feel free to chose this hotel.

This is advertsied as a hotel but is in fact a hostel Hotel staff refused to give me hot water at night which i needed to make baby milk leaving me walking around late night looking for a nearby shop
