Nice, clean, modern and spacious room. Good breakfast menu and very convenient for sight seeing. On first night, our room faced the night club, extremely noisy and loud till 6 am, could not sleep. But changed room to quiet side next morning, and had great experience afterwards.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, I was not given the room that I had originally booked. As a VIP guest, I was also entitled to a complimentary bottle of wine, which I never received. In addition, I felt that the receptionist who checked me in did not treat me well. Another receptionist later admitted that a mistake had been made with my room assignment and assured me that the wine would be sent, but it never arrived. What upsets me even more is that I was told my room had been upgraded and that this was recorded in their system. However, I did not stay in an upgraded room. This feels dishonest, and I am extremely disappointed that I was misled. I was also traveling with my child, and this experience made our stay even more upsetting. I had expected a much higher level of service and care, but unfortunately, the hotel fell far below expectations.

The building, facilities and amenities are a bit outdated but we still had a wonderful time. The staff was lovely and the location is perfect, close to absolute everything, within minutes walk you are at the museum or the square or restaurants/bars. There is also a parking on site so since we drove through Belgium, it was really convenient.

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Great location. The only issue was my mum who is in her late 70s was very cold in her room because the room thermostat didn’t work. The hotel did provide her with an extra blanket and tried to fix it but was the same on the second night, her hands were freezing in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick Grand-Place, location is great about a 5 minute to the railway line (Central) which gave us easy access to Euro Star, which we need a number of times getting to and from places. Also a very short walk to the main square and a number of eating places, we did find a mall - Royal Gallery that was very beautiful and had a great restaurant called Le Marmiton mall was in it fabulous food and service. The hotel itself was very well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful Would certainly stay there again

Perfect accommodation! The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop bar is stunning! The location is great - walkable to the Grand Place, Magritte Museum, and other sites. Multiple restaurants and stores nearby - plus the train station a block away.
