Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out procedure: Trash - Place all trash bags in the garbage bin which is located on the side of the house. Any bags that do not fit, place next to the bin.
Bed linens – Any beds that were slept in, please leave unmade. Dishes – Place all dirty dishes in the dish washer and run them prior to your departure.
Lock-up- please make sure to press lock on the front door when you leave and make sure garage is closed with the back door locked as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
