Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2nd floor unit down the road (3 blocks) from the campus of Texas A&M...and even closer to the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at Northgate. This unit is on the Bryan side of Campus so it is convenient to everything Bryan and College Station. The main bedroom includes a single king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the secondary bedroom is very small with a twin bed. The queen sized fold out couch is in the living room.

We truly loved this little gem. Great use has been made of the space to provide plenty of room. There were only two of us but it was plenty room for two more. The location was excellent. An easy walk to Kyle field yet far enough away from the bars in Northgate to be quiet and peaceful. The host was very informative. We will definitely make this our go-to place to stay in Bryan/College Station.

Quaint little apartment within walking distance to A&M and Kyle Field. Plenty of restaurants also within walking distance or short Uber ride. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated easily and were there if needed.

Cozy little gem

This was a very cool place. Perfect for a couple of people. My favorite part was not only having central heat and air. But there was a window unit in the main bedroom. I cranked that bad boy on and slept like a baby.

Great little apartment close to campus

Clean, great amenities, quiet neighborhood, easy access The AC is a bit loud and struggled during the summer heat. I wouldn't expect a large adult to fit in the 2nd bedroom. Only one bathroom and it is a bit cramped. No bath. Air temps throughout the apartment are variable but manageable with the provided fans. Overally I would book it again.
