This 1 bedroom condo is right on the beach, and it is one of the best stretches of beach between Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita. Located in one of the best neighborhoods of the popular resort town of Bucerias.
Large; tinted windows in the condo give an expansive view of the uncrowded beach from the spacious living and kitchen area. The large king size bedroom is at the back of the condo, great for a quiet sleep. it is at 3rd floor no elevator
Take the beach or street for a short walk to the center of Bucerias, which is one of the most popular beach towns in the Puerto Vallarta area.
Condo has a full kitchen with gas range, two single sofa-beds in the living room, a dining table, 2 AC units, cable TV, and, wifi , make this a comfortable home base for your vacation. We provide extra towels for use in the l swimming pool, which together with a poolside community terrace with kitchen area, and plenty of lounging areas make this place a popular choice with visitors from around the world.
Several bars, restaurants and grocery stores within 2 blocks.

Bus stop is two block away with easy access to Puerto Vallarta and the beach towns and resorts just North - Sayulita, La Cruz, Punta de Mita, etc. Ifd you need a taxi ask karla, she can call for it.

Karla is at front desk she is in charge of your guests, also Luis thatis the condominium Manager, enything you need, do not hesistate asking them, our Overnight security staff to keep an eye on things and let you in the front door if coming home late from salsa dancing, etc. Just ring the bell that is at the right side of the entrance.

Guest access
At main floor, we have the terrace with a common kitchen the pool area and the palapa are coomon area, if you want to take some chairs down to the sand ( 4 steps) we have special chairs please ask at front desk which ones you can take , just please bring them back,


Other things to note
the apartment is part of a condominium , and the manager has asked that all our guest, have knologee of the rules so when you arrive, as you know them you will feel already at home :

pool Hours from 10:30 am. to 10:00 pm.
-Shower before entering to avoid sand and excess oils in the water.
-No glass bottles or glasses in the pool or lounge area.
-Do not swim under the influence of alcohol.
-Avoid swimming during thunderstorms.
-Swim at your own risk.
-Appropriate swimsuit; do not wear t-shirts in the pool.
-This condo is family-friendly, with no nudity on any level.
-Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-Users assume the risk of any injury and/or accident.
KITCHEN AND GRILLS
-Kitchen hours from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. and you must request its use in
the office leaving a cleaning deposit of 200 pesos.
-Kitchen and tables must be delivered clean to recover your deposit,
otherwise, the money will be used for cleaning.
-It is not allowed to leave food or dishes on tables or in the refrigerator.
ÁREAS
-The use of the facilities is exclusive for guests wearing the bracelet
provided by us.
-The use of loudspeakers must be at a moderate volume between 10:30 a.m. -
11:00 p.m.
-Not allowed to separate lounge chairs with towels. If you are going to use
them, stay in place.
-We are not responsible for forgotten objects in the areas.
-Do not hang clothes and/or towels on the railings of the balconies.
-Dispose garbage in the cans. I sent a Word file with pictures.
-No smoking at common areas
-No pets allowed.
