24 Nov to 1 Dec Plus: the room was clean. Nice big fridge, kitchen had pretty much all the appliances you need. Pool nearest to the beach was lovely. Not very busy during the week. Lots of lawn chairs. Friendly staff. Lots of great restaurants in the area to eat at OXO downstairs Beautiful beach. Great restaurant. Negatives: If you want to sleep at all, do not come to this hotel. The rooms have 2 adjoining doors to the rooms next door. One night, we had to share our balcony with a family. You could hear everything the neighbors were doing, TV, talking, having sex...we heard it all like they were right in our room. Very little sleep. No do not disturb sign. Annoying that they were always knocking on the door to clean the room. They make the bed, mop the floor...but do not do the dishes which is OK with me but funny No side tables or anywhere to hang a dress. One little hook in the bathroom for the towels. No hot water 5 nights out of 7 in the shower. The pool near the tower was so cloudly for most of our trip, we would not go in it. They only cleaned it up on day 5 of 7. Beach can get pretty rocky. Bring water shoes. They were grading the rocks away on day 5 of 7. Monday to Friday was so quiet. Friday to Sunday was absolutely packed with locals (very nice people) but very loud..I think it was a 50th birthday party or something. You get what you pay for and it's Mexico. Prices in Mexico are pretty much on par with Canada, especially if you are buying groceries.

Unable to get in touch with the host . Called and texted multiple times and he would not respond. Now we are stuck in Mexico with no where to stay and to find other accommodations. 10/10 do not recommend

We booked two rooms. The "double" bed room was attached to someone else's kitchenette suite-not ideal. The restaurant was mediocre and staff always expected a tip. The more accessible suite had an elevator, but was still many steps away from the main lobby. It's a low budget option for families with lots of pools and slides.

No hot water. None! Maid service forgot items for room everyday (6). No replenishment of towels, coffee, wash clothes and linen. All taken care of eventually but alittle dissappointing. Great staff with quick response to issues. NO usable beach. Don't believe the onlone pictures. Completely covered in rocks. Walked 1 mile south to find any sandy beach. With that said, we would go back. Beatiful Hotel with great restaurant overlooking "beach". Had very good food. Three beautiful pools and our room was large and very nice with large private patio. Also, very affordable.

We stayed in the tower (torres) along side the main resort. The ocean balcony view room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and good shower, all very new. Only issues was the noise from the hwy all night. We were able to move rooms for 1 of our 3 nights. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The whole resort is steps to the beach, restaurant was excellent. Pool very nice. We would stay again in a front ocean room (not as new). Away from hwy noise. Where we stayed for 1 night.

Our biggest disappointment was the online photos and descriptions It appears an amazing small hotel , but once you get there they wisk you across the street to a newer tower building with poor access to everything , room smelled heavily of cleaning agents , so much we had to leave in the middle of the night , fortunately we had another place in PV. Our fault for not doing enough research I would go back but would secure beach front or somewhere near the lobby . The people were nice and tried to help but unfortunately could not meditate on what we paid for and what was available.

Great location. Only complaint was being woken 3 days at 5am with neighbours tv/dance party cranked!!! Tv wall mounted directly behind where our bed was situated…& maybe the adjoining door right there as well, was part of the issue?! Looking forward to sleeping in past 5am tomorrow!

Bad service... we stayed there for a week, 3 times I requested coffee/sugar as they do provide coffee maker. Not only they did not provide any, they did not even cleaned/replaced the mugs we used. We did finally get coffee grounds on our last day there.
