Downtown Bucerías is about a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive, where you’ll find great restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local nightlife.



Getting Around:

Your stay includes a covered parking space for added convenience. Getting around is easy—taxis and rideshare services are readily available, and downtown Bucerías, La Cruz, and even Sayulita are just a short drive away. ✓ Elevators provide smooth access to all levels and the property is wheelchair friendly.

✓ Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. Up to 2 small pets (max 10 kg each) or 1 medium pet (max 20 kg). Pets must be well-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and leashed in common areas. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required.

✓ Paddleboard availability may vary.

✓ Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers.

✓ Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and can be booked up to 72 hours in advance. Spa appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance or at any time during your stay, subject to availability.
