Villa Assolata is a historic Tuscan stone farmhouse set on a hill overlooking the Villa a Sesta Polo Club, along the road to the well-preserved medieval village of Montebenichi (Arezzo, Tuscany).



The farmhouse has been fully renovated to blend tradition with modern comfort and style. The villa features four spacious Family Suite apartments, each with a living area, kitchenette, bedrooms with private bathrooms, independent entrance, garden, and patio. Elegant furnishings, classic fixtures, and terracotta and stone floors define the 400 sqm villa, which is fully air-conditioned. Each unit has an outdoor whirlpool tub, and a large pool with polo field views is less than a kilometer away. Private Jacuzzis are available for an extra fee.
