La Vigna is a cozy country house on one level, immersed in the quiet countryside between Valdarno and Valdambra, just 2 km from the center of Bucine. Ideal for a family or two couples, the villa combines rustic charm with essential functional spaces, with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the same floor. A glazed veranda offers a bright dining area with direct access to the garden. Outside, the flat garden is well-kept with lawn, hedges and trees, and includes a swimming pool, shaded gazebo, porch, barbecue and a soccer field. The location is perfect for visiting Chianti, Val d'Orcia and the art cities of Siena, Florence and Arezzo.

Interiors:
GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into the living room with fireplace; kitchen; air-conditioned veranda with dining area and direct access to the garden; a double bedroom with French window to the garden; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a bathroom with shower. ANNEX — Adjacent to the main entrance; laundry room with external access. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The garden is completely fenced (fence height 1.60 m) and is spread over flat land planted with grass, with trees, shrubs and aromatic plants. The outdoor dining area is located under the porch at the entrance of the house, with built-in barbecue located nearby. A furnished gazebo provides shade next to the pool. On one side of the garden there is a soccer area with doors. A manual gate allows access to the car park with two covered and two uncovered places. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The rectangular pool measures 7 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; covered in sand-colored PVC; chlorine purification; metal staircase for access; an internal beacon. The sundeck area is paved and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
