Great place

Super friendly staff, an issue arose, I told them in the morning as I went out to explore the city, they had it fixed before I got back after lunch. This place is close to both train stations, a short walk to the river side. Of o ever get the chance to visit again I will be staying here!

I had the best stay. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean, which I truly appreciate. On top of that, I must say — what an amazing staff. Everyone was smiling, happy, friendly, and incredibly polite. I have now returned home to Copenhagen, and I honestly miss the hotel and the life I had during my vacation. I will never forget the sweet birthday surprise at breakfast, with music playing and a cake delivered by the hotel. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. It is a memory I will carry with me forever. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hard work every single day. I work in hospitality myself — well done, guys. See you another time. The accommodation is placed quite well between two metro lines as well as bus and tram lines. Overall the hotel is very clean and the service is very courteous. Also the breakfast is tasty and the menu rotates.
