The people there were very nice, and room was okay, although it was very small — especially in the bathroom. I barely had enough space to move. Every time I showered, the shower curtain was always brushing against me, and I would always turn it off whenever I tried turning. Not to mention the whole thing would get wet, even with the curtain. I also couldn't understand how to make the AC work. I tried setting a temperature, but it would never get there. Apart from that, everything was very smooth.

The hotel is very close to the metro, buses and trams. The hotel is basic but when you're in Budapest, you don't want to spend too long in the hotel. The shuttlebus was very convenient and the staff were very attentive. Great value for money.

Overall, excellent stay. Hotel does exactly what it says it will. Cheap and cheerful. Great location, right next to a metro station and lots of bus and tram routes. Very clean and very friendly staff whenever I interacted with them. If you're looking for a straightforward place to rest after long days of seeing the sights of Budapest it is an ideal place to stay. Very easy to access at all times due to proximity to metro / transport. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful with directions and tips for the city! Would recommend cheking out some of the nearby restaurants, a really great mix. For reference, the hotel is about half way between the City Centre / Riverside and the Heroes Square / City Park - ideal location! A 15 minute walk either way (or just a few minutes on the metro taht connects all).
