The hotel is beautiful! Great location just outside the chain bridge on the Buda side. Few steps to the lift to go up to Buda Castle. Walkable distance to pretty much most of the landmarks. Right on the Danube ( we chose the Danube superior room) offering amazing views of the Danube, chain bridge, parliament etc. Cool Bistro on the first floor and nice rooftop bar. Why 4 star then? The room itself!!! Not so much that it was a tiny room ( most rooms in Europe are small unless you splurge on a suite) but the set up didn’t make sense. Not enough space to walk. Space between bed and dresser was super tight, you have to pretty much walk sideways. Not enough room to lay down luggage. Shower glass stationary ¼ of a door did not keep the water inside when showering. Towels were like paper thin ( and they want you to reuse 🤔, not) One of the night stand was smaller than a dinner plate with enough room for your phone and glasses and nothing else. Hair blower looks like it came from a toy store. Bed was comfy though, but that’s about it. If you can upgrade to a big room do it. Shame because everything else in this hotel is a 10

Beautiful modern hotel in a historic city with fantastic views across the river to Pest and up to Buda. Helpful, knowledgeable staff are always smiling and courteous to make your stay all the more pleasurable to see a happy team at play. I would also like to thank all the behind-the-scenes staff who kept the hotel and facilities looking amazing and functioning like a well-oiled machine. This is a wonderful hotel right in front of the Danube river. The rooms were cleaned and well kept by the staff. The breakfast buffet is a little bit expensive for the options offered, we opted for the à la carte instead. Other than that we had a wonderful time in Budapest.

Our stay at Hotel Clark was wonderful! We stayed here for 2 nights. The location was perfect, a quick walk across the bridge into the beautiful city. Not only this, the castle was only 4 minutes away. Just an overall great location and we could not of asked more from the hotel. Màtyàs was so helpful, he was so welcoming when we first checked in and was so accommodating with helping us to check out that little bit later. Thank you so much Màtyàs for all of your help and making our trip to Budapest very memorable!
