Modern, cosy house "Victoria", terraced, built in 2024. In the hamlet Tanaunella 3 km from the centre of Budoni, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool (3 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "Via Nazionale" 500 m. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 17 km, Posada 9 km, Olbia 46 km, Porto Cervo 76 km. Please note: car recommended. The only access to use and clean the swimming pool is from inside the house.
