Outlet in the bathroom did not work. Either the AC or the thermostat was broken, because it was a warm and humid 75° regardless of the setting adjustment.

Found a cockroach in the room, the restroom tub had yellow stains, the walls were stain and by the door there was cracks in front of the door very poor maintenance needs update and cleaner.

The mold in the shower ceiling—don't! Stay here! You feel itchy as soon as you hit the elevator's dirty walls. At least paint the walls to make the hotel a little nicer. It's outdated, but keep it up with touch-up paint. Paint the baseboards with bleach. As soon as you turn on that AC, the dust mites kick in. This hotel needs a lot of love. I can keep going I have pictures for proof then they ask for a 200 holding deposit for when everything in the room is chip-broken .

It appeared that maintenance was in the room prior to us arriving and had left materials in the room and did not clean up their mess. I had also called to see if we could check in early and they informed me that it was going to be an extra $75. We literally wanted to our bags in our room along with our cooler before we headed over to Knott’s Berry Farm. They did call back saying they would let us early without a charge but we were pressure at the park.
