Friendly staff and great location close to the ferry terminal, Puerto Madero, Galerias Pacifico, and the Florida pedestrian zone. Elevators are a bit compact and in the morning can be a bit slow. Rooms were clean and service provided when requested. If you are a light sleeper, request a room away from Ave. Paraguay as the trash and delivery trucks make their pickups and deliveries in the early morning hours. Overall a good stay and will consider again on a future visit to BA

The staff had zero personality and just seemed to be in a bad mood. I'm big on first impressions and immediately didn't feel welcomed at all. The staff sure at least try to act friendly but nope that wasn't going to happen. I had high hopes as Hotel is located in a great area but the two guys upfront were complete and total a$$holes. Would not stay again for that very reason!

Nice hotel in central location. Unfortunately, when we arrived it was very crowded in the hotel and the Service personnel was not really helpful, we were told to come back at 2 pm for the checkin (after a 14 h flight…). Hotel in general recommend (clean, location, etc.) but we didnt like the staff.
