El personal es amable y servicial, las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias. Hay una tienda de conveniencia justo al lado, y está a la vuelta de la esquina del famoso El Ateneo Gran Splendid. El único inconveniente es que, en lugar de tener cafetera/tetera en la habitación, hay que bajar a recepción para conseguirla. Pero por lo demás, ¡un hotel excelente!

Spent seven nights at this hotel. Given the excellent price point, I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall the place was really good! The rooms are fairly basic but all you need for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. If you want a budget-friendly hotel in Recoleta - this is a good choice.

It was a hotel with a good location. Everything is near and the people is very friendly. The only thing that was a little a problem is that the rooms where super small.

Please allow people to see the sun rise from the top floor. Both days I went to the top & the staff said it does not open until 9am. This is bad business as I saw over 30 + people wake-up between 6-6:30am but were denied access. I promise you this will help your business as many will post & tell their family & friends!

Great hotel for the price

We stayed here about 4 nights. It is close to many amenities and easy to travel the city from here. They offer free filtered water which is a great amenity. The only downside of our room was the bed which was kind of hard. The staff was kind and helpful, offered different options for eating locations. We would stay here again.
