Located near everything Buffalo has to offer, this pretty little home is convenient by foot, bicycle, public transportation or by car to the Medical Corridor, downtown, Kleinhan's Music Hall, the Elmwood Strip, the Allentown neighborhood, museums and Buffalo State College. Tastefully furnished, this place has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in Buffalo. Both bedrooms are upstairs and the beds have new Nectar mattresses with plenty of high quality bed linens. The kitchen is supplied with high grade pots and pans, dishes and glassware. A room on the first floor in the back can be used as an exercise room, a space for pets or a child's playroom. It is equipped with WiFi, a smart ROKU TV and a Simplisafe security system. This is a quiet neighborhood with most properties being owner occupied, and we expect our guests to be respectful of their quality of life. Parties of more than 6 people are not permitted nor is loud music or other activity that could disturb our neighbors.

The house was super clean and the quality of bed linens and kitchen equipment was well above average, same with the toiletries provided and food staples left for us The owners communicated promptly and left a very generous welcome pack, far beyond what is customary. The house was in a charming location and on a very quiet street.The only slight drawback is that the interior is quite dark so you need lights on in the daytime and only having one railing next to the wall on the staircase might be a problem for young children or older guest. However, for us, it was a very positive experience and we would certainly be happy to stay there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting the area. The street is so quaint and charming. The house was very well stocked and the kitchen has very good appliances. The patio is fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the good hospitality.

The home is very well kept and clean. The beds were great. The host had many food items in the kitchen which was a welcome surprise. We enjoyed the games. The alarm system was easy to use. The neighborhood felt safe. It was close to many restaurants and bars. Overall we loved our stay.
