Pros: The place is beautiful! Love the athstetic The food was fantastic. Cons: There was a party in another room playing loud music until 3 in the morning my first night. The cleaners never came to our room after asking us twice before the time we said they could come and clean. The water would not get warm my second night so a cold shower was all I got Overall good place to stay but don’t expect it to be completely relaxing if other people plan on partying

great staff, terrible room.

I came for cancer treatment near by. My room started leaking water from the ceiling in the middle of the night and i was told to just put a towel on the floor. Very musty, The heater and ac didn't work, the fireplace was broken, the fridge froze all my food and ruined the left overs that i needed for my medicine, not same room as advertised. No microwave in room like i was told there woukd be prior to getting there. Didn't sleep. I don't think anyone has been in that room in a long time. I spent extra for a nice room to rest after treatment. I wont go back.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport and NYS Thruway. Physical plant has a lot of character! Needs updating but the staff are so friendly and professional I will definitely stay again for business.

My stay was nice, but noisy. The jacuzzi in the room above me was filled twice and very noisy. The tv would not change stations. And the heater was missing a vent cover. The bed was squeaky.

Need to be convinced to return

Room 254 avoid! The toilet ran all night & when the heater fan came on it screeched like a barn owl. Mentioned these items and lack of sleep to the front desk & all that was offered was “ oh sorry, I will tell maintenance” had come in later from dinner and was told upon check in that all rooms were booked or we would have requested to move. Planning on writing a letter to head office of the hotel. Not impressed!!!
