Virtual check in with a screen that kept blacking out. Room was filthy. Toilet was covered in tape residue. AC unit has mold. Every corner had an inch of filth. Bathtub broken. I stay in inexpensive hotels often and don't expect much but this was awful.

Stay anywhere else....trust me.

The key to my room wouldn't work, so I was told that I would have to find another hotel. It was late at night and everything else was booked. Motel 6 refused to try to find another solution and just said "sorry, there's nothing we can do". The motel appeared very dirty anyway.

the staff was very good and helpful the hallway/lobby entrance was filthy there was confusion with my room i had to wait for them to find me another room so I didnt feel real safe being by myself when I noticed there was no staff at the desk just a robot ??? or someone over the intercom??? very strange

The check in process which was virtual person which connected you to a real person on a Zoom like meeting. While I understand the need, this just didn't work for me. I have partial hearing loss and I simply could not understand his directions. The room they initially provided had water under the desk which apparently was from a burst pipe in the room above. They quickly moved me to another room and assisted me with my luggage, which was greatly appreciated being handicapped

Got to hotel late and used a kiosk to get checked into our rooms. Honestly took longer than if someone was there. Check out was just as bad. No one at the front desk and the kiosk person had an empty chair for 15minutes before we just left the key on the desk. Rooms were ok, could have been cleaner. Hotel door lock did not work.

A woman was assaulted in the lobby with the glass door shattered. Police were investigating. The hallway smelled of smoke and other substances. The elevator was broken. The room was barely adequate.

I had a pleasure staying at Motel 6 in Williamsville. The bed was very comfortable and even though it was near the airport i rarely heard loud planes. The room was clean. I was able to set my own room temperature and, the best coffee was avaliable every morning and well stocked.
