THE SPACE
1 Bedroom (King), 1 Bath apartment is an entire unit with a private entrance, private back patio area, and free on-site parking. Apartment is located on the ground level of a house, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and is brand new construction with modern design and decor.

Main door is keyless and enters into full size galley kitchen with brand new stainless steel smart appliances, full-size refrigerator, white quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, a dining table, large pantry, and in-unit washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cleaning supplies, dish towels, wash cloths, and small appliances such as a coffee maker.

Foyer area has coat hooks and a large storage bench making it the perfect drop zone for shoes, coats, and accessories.

Spacious living room has a couch, 55” large screen smart TV, electric fireplace, and a dedicated office space with a desk. Living room has French doors that open out to a private, partially covered patio area with a picnic table, patio chairs, small grill and a beautiful view of the large tree-lined backyard.
