We were there for thanksgiving and despite the employees being at work on a major holiday they treated us like the family they were missing going truly above and beyond. This made a huge difference! We were there as a whole family visiting our daughter in the children’s hospital nearby where she has been with just me for weeks. The extra kindness shown by everyone at the hotel was incredible, and when she ended up being RELEASED early on thanksgiving day they allowed us to cancel the second day of our stay. With the coming bills that extra money will be really wonderful to have. I’m telling everyone I know to book at doubletrees whenever possible!

Great hotel. But big and long-Got lost inside *twice*- they need to provide maps of the different buildings. I had no idea. They didn't answer the desk phine when I called from the room. Annoying and not really safe!

The facility looks nice and the rooms are well kept. They had an issue with an alarm going off all night long. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk he called Maintenance but didn’t offer another room. They appeared to know of the issue. After 15 minutes more of the alarm going off I went back and was given a different room supposably on the other side of the hotel but it was on the same floor a little farther away but the alarm could still be heard. It took a third time going to the front desk to get a room on the 4th floor away from the alarm. Service level and time to address a known significant issues was extremely poor.
