Apt. 4 is a bright, three-bedroom apartment on Battery Park with east-west exposures and views of the park, Lake Champlain, and the Adirondack Mountains beyond. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, and a cross breeze keeps things comfortable in warmer months — a rare find in Burlington.
Church Street Marketplace is a five-minute walk, putting Burlington's best dining, shopping, and live music right at your doorstep. The Burlington bike path, waterfront, and local beaches are just downhill, with paddleboarding, sailing, and lake swimming all within easy reach. The Saturday farmers market at City Hall Park is a short stroll away.

This was the perfect cozy, warm, family hangout for a 4 night visit to see my son at UVM. The attention to detail made this feel like we were home with all the small things you miss when you’re away from home…laundry was available and free, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, makeup remover with cotton, plenty of clean towels, dish soap, surface cleaner, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues, fans and white noise machines in every room, armoires with hangers in every room, suitcase stands to place your luggage on, vacuum (shark and roomba), salt, pepper, blender, coffee with fresh beans to grind, tea and sugar…I could go on! And the space…again, the best way to describe it is cozy. It’s on the 4th floor but they are short flights. There is a shoe cubby and fold down bench right outside the door to the apartment so you can take your shoes off and not get the apartment covered with dirt, salt and sand from the snow covered everything outside. You walk up and to the right there’s a nice space with TV, sofa (easy pull out for extra sleeping but we simply used it to all be able to lounge when we watched TV/basketball/movies together), char and ottoman, straight ahead is the kitchen an dining room with the 3 bedrooms and bathroom right there so everyone gets to be close but have their own space. My sons are 19 and 20 so it was great that we all had queen beds. The front to bedrooms have a great view with lots of nice light and the first bedroom has a slanted ceiling with skylight.

Definitely a nice place - almost perfect for what we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds, owner was responsive, across from the park (it was VERY cold when we were there and overcast, so didn't spend more than 15 minutes there - I bet it's awesome in warm weather), and off-street parking as well. Only minor suggestions, and I emphasize that they're minor! 1. Fix the curtain in the tub/shower so it closes fully inside the tub. 2. If possible, it would be great to have a small table in each room. I get that it's tight because the rooms are not large, and the mattresses are all mid-size (and comfortable). We'll definitely come back next time we're in Burlington.

This was a perfect solution for family weekend at UVM. Three bedrooms, a decently stocked kitchen where i made home cooked meals, and off street parking. Laundry in the basement proved helpful as well.

Great property, would book again

The place was super cute. They had shampoo, soap, coffee, laundry soap, washing machine and dryer, and other amenities available to us. Parking in the back. Very close to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. We walked everywhere. Keyless entry made it very easy to have 4 people have access ask the time. I highly recommend and would go stay in this place again!

We stayed overnight and enjoyed the views, walk in park across the street on the lake, making dinner , and conversation in the living space at rest of apartment.
